The Fall of Utia

As the light of the stars shone brightly throughout the cosmos, a brilliant light shot through the sky, falling towards the earth at an incredible speed. Utia was once a great titan, known for his strength and wisdom. However, he had grown proud and arrogant, and the other gods had no choice but to banish him from the heavens. As he fell through the universe for millennia, he knew that he would eventually come to rest at the bottom of the cosmos.

As he crashed into the celestial pool that reflected the beauty above an immense shock wave rippled outwards, creating incredible waves that surge for eternity shifting the balance of the weave enabling new life to flourish. Utia lays motionless as his body becomes a magical new world where our stories are told.

The Day Father and The Mother of Shadows

Yonderous, the wise and powerful and Yondel, the mysterious and nurturing witch, were out rowing their boat on the calm waters of the celestial pool when the shockwave hit. They watched in awe as the land rose up from the depths of the pool, creating a new and unexplored realm.

Yonderous, also known as the Day Father, was a wise and powerful wizard who had been gifted with the ability to control the light. He used this power to create the day sphere, which spread warmth and illumination throughout the Yonder Vale. He was known for his kindness and generosity, and all who knew him loved him.

Yondel, the Mother of Shadows, was a mysterious and powerful witch who had been gifted with the ability to control the darkness. She used this power to create the night orb, which cast shadows and provided rest for all living beings in the Yonder Vale. She was known for her cunning and her ability to see into the hearts of others. Despite her fearsome reputation, she was deeply devoted to the well-being of her fellow creatures.

Using their powers, Yonderous created the day sphere to spread warmth and illumination throughout the Yonder Vale and Yondel created the night orb to cast shadows and provide rest for all living beings. As they approached the shore, they knew that they had a great destiny ahead of them in the Yonder Vale.

They explore this new realm leaving no stone unturned, discovering a land of great beauty and diversity. At the heart of the Yonder Vale is a great ocean, known as Utias Trench. It was here that Utia had first landed, and it was said that the waters of this vast sea held great magical powers and were the birthplace of the elemental gods that would battle for dominance for thousands of years.

The Elemental Gods' battle fiercely a hurricane of chaos emerges causing a miraculous occurrence. As the elements collide and clash, they began to merge, blend and evolve together, creating new forms of life and the first living beings to call The Yonder Vale home.

Veliadoor the flame Balor creates fierce flames and heat that scorch the land. Kharost the rock golem stands strong with its solidity and stability strengthening the earth beneath its feet. Threngelt, the great Kraken creates waves so huge that they soak the land leaving rivers and lakes flowing into the earth. Barenfall the storm giant brings forth howling winds spread the seeds far and wide, allowing them to take root in new and unexpected places.

The Elemental Gods take in the beauty of the world that has emerged from their conflict. As their great power collides, all that is left is a single glowing orb. It radiates with beauty, from it steps a new being. The first elf Ysildea emerges from the glowing light.

An aura of calm fills the yonder Vale. Each god in their chosen domain and so the cycle of life begins. From then the gods work together in harmony, establishing balance and sustaining equilibrium through the passage of time.

The Yonder Vale is replenished and filled with wonder, a magical force known as The Weave radiates throughout the land Ysildea walks the Vale leaving no stone unturned in her path the weave grows stronger and small magical beings take flight into the realm and into the cosmos. Sprites spread the beauty of The Yonder Vale throughout the land and into the cosmos.
